A Bit About Me:

Hi, I’m Tony! I’m the founder of Quadra Wellness, a dedicated sleep therapist and social worker based in Vancouver, Canada. I have a passion for helping people through sleep difficulties and anxiety.

My journey in social work began with a Bachelor’s and Master’s from the University of Victoria. Today, I’m proud to be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with both the British Columbia College of Social Workers and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

My Approach and Philosophy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and other evidence-based strategies to improve sleep quality and address sleep-impacting challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and nightmares. As a member of the Canadian Sleep Society, I stay connected to the latest research and resources in the field, ensuring my clients benefit from the most current and effective treatments available.

Diverse Experience and Inclusive Practice

My extensive experience in counselling and mental health services spans a wide range of populations and communities. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from youth to older adults, in community centers, outpatient mental health clinics, and specialized care environments. Additionally, I have experience helping women experiencing sleep problems pre- and post-partum, people facing concurrent mental health and substance use issues, or sleep difficulties related to trauma or PTSD.

No matter where you are on your journey, anyone can benefit from a better night’s sleep. I am here to support you in achieving restful, restorative sleep that helps you stay resilient and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

Beyond the Therapy Room

When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying life as a dad, diving into a good book, or staying active to keep up with my energetic kid (and to ensure I get a good night’s sleep!). I’m also passionate about wearable technology, behavioural sleep science, and overall mental wellness.
